Outcomes	In the “Executive Presence” lecture, we have covered the topics of “what is executive presence” and “why EP is a critical success factor for those who aspire to senior leadership roles”. This workshop aims at providing the how-to guidance to cultivate the right mindset and hone necessary skills to improve EP competency. In this interactive workshop, we will address three critical skillsets: strategic thinking, persuasive communication and personal brand enhancing appearance. The attendance to the “Executive Presence” is a pre-requisite and the attendees are expected to participate in both pre-work and in class activities.
