Melody Dai's Webinar "Navigating Career Advancement with Critical Thinking"

Melody is a thinker, her webinar focuses on how to to apply strategy, develop critical thinking abilities, use networking and create roadmap for one’s career advancement. 1. Melody encourages people to find self's strength via SWOT analysis(Strength, Opportunity, Weakness, Threats). 2. She also recommends making workable IDP（ Individual Development Plan）for one's career and other aspects life（self, family, finance etc.), these are very good life advice also. 3. She emphasizes zoom in and zoom out vision, use critical thinking to create solutions to resolve problems. Her lecture also lists essential skills that a strategic thinker should have.
