Pam is a distinguished technical member staff, serving  as a team leader in one of the largest  Telecom Company over 28 years. She led a team  involve in the construction of Data/Internet  network Infrastructure, experienced the company's merging/re-org  and bankruptcy, dealt with different senior management and cross functional teams to drive the business and  coached/inspired the  young generation  to be successful. Pam believes "leadership is not just a title or position, it is how to influence people and have followers".
