Course Overview

It is suitable to all professionals who have peers, internal or external. The course will discuss the principles, techniques and tips of dealing with peers, building up the network in your working place and why they are important. The instructor will use real examples to explain the strategies to build up ally and resolve the conflicts to help students to understand principles. It will also give the brief introduction about the “Manage Up” and “Manage Down” since they are related.
